Amazing food at Taste of the Caribbean! If you are in Newark you need to check them out. We loved the oxtail and Rasta pasta salad… brought me back to my trip to St Lucia. The coconut shrimp were so fresh and crispy. Sauces were fire. The owner was so friendly and really talented. If you want authentic delicious Caribbean food, you’ve found the right spot
