This place is one of the better options for food at the airport. The food is not bad but it is not the best. And one time when we went the waiter took a long time to bring the chicken parmigiana. But overall nice job and the food is not bad!

The reason I no longer layover in Newark, $90 burgers and the meat was garbage and the burger missed most of its toppings, no bbq sauce, no crispy onions, no red onions, etc.,.. upon mentioning this to the one person working he starts to yell at me that I didn’t complain within 30 seconds and like it’s somehow my fault that he can’t imitate his own menu. I paid and accidentally dropped my slop on the floor where it belonged.

I’d give this place a 5 star! I had burger and fries and it was excellent! my husband had the pepperoni pizza and he loved it. The staffs were friendly and the restaurant is nice and clean.It’s overpriced yes! but so does the whole entire shops and restaurants at this airport.

If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with respect, this isn't it. I asked for a solo table and was initially directed to the counter. When I politely requested a regular table, someone named Lemon (though I doubt that's accurate) insisted I share a table with someone else. Avoid this spot if you prefer a more considerate experience. Edited: I highly doubt they will care enough to provide feedback. Just look at the comments from so many people.

You order in an app, non alcoholic beverages aren't lumped with the alcoholic beverages at the beginning of the menu so I didn't even know anything other than water was offered. Ordered a pizza that came out uncooked and flopping all over the place. Awful. Oh and the gratuity was mandatory.

The ham smelled like chlorine, the English muffins were stale on the outside and mushy on the inside, the hollandaise was gross, and we didn’t get water for the whole hour we were in there. Wish I saw the reviews first.

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! My experience there was just awful. I ordered a burger, and they took forever, more than 30 minutes. What really made me furious was that it was only 10:30 in the morning, and there were plenty of empty seats. But no matter how many times I asked, the guy with dreads at the counter wouldn't let me sit in the better seats, while he let white couples sit there right away. It felt like they were treating me badly because of my race. If I owned this place, I would definitely fire the guy with dreads at the counter.
Totally overpriced for the quality. Stupid QR codes in use and the Wi-Fi on the field does not work. The food was cold and completely bland. Really overpriced. After complaining, I got a new Burger anyway and it was a better attempt than the first one (rubbery and cold). Of course, the waiter wasn't interested in asking after or making sure of the chips. I don't know where else to tip.

Got burger and an old fashioned, old fashioned was hard to drink because it was drowned in bitters. The burger was bland, and the fries were cold and stale the second it came out. Also, the burger came out so fast I wonder if it had been sitting out for a minute and the just gave me it.

We really liked this restaurant, I confess that I almost didn't go because of the reviews, I'm glad we gave it a chance and were pleasantly surprised.We placed the order using the QR Code fixed on the table and paid using the link itself.We ordered 2 drinks and 1 pepperoni pizza (+ 15% tip) for 72 dollars and everything was delicious!
