The food was absolutely delicious. Diego was our waiter and his service was just as impressive. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The overall atmosphere was great, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this restaurant while you wait for your flight.
I ordered the hummus appetizer and cauliflower salad. Hummus appetizer = squash, pickled cucumber, roasted tomatoes, hummus, and grilled pita. Tasted pretty fresh and veg was cooked nicely. Cauliflower salad = couscous base, roasted tomatoes, roasted cauliflower, marinated artichoke hearts, golden raisins, pistachios, lemon (I didn’t use the vinaigrette), water cress greens. While we initially had a problem with a long wait getting our food and a delay in telling us they did not have what we ordered, the manager Ashley was incredibly helpful. She was responsive, really pleasant and definitely customer focused. She rectified the problem immediately. She is clearly a very conscientious and very experienced. Excellent customer service.
