Airport food. Hopefully no fish sauce on that pad thai. They have tofu at the kiosk, but it's not on the sign. I really hate the food at this terminal -- everything is owned by OTG Management Group.
They have very limited vegan main course options, this might be the only one, but the vegetable fried rice with tofu was surprisingly good, especially for airport food. Well seasoned rice, steam hot, and generous portion. It tastes better than it looks.
Ordered the bulgogi beef bowl. The beef was cold, tough, and dry. They also put this weird white sauce on the kimchi making it very disgusting. This is easily the worst food option in Newark
