Slow as hell. Still waiting in line at the drive thru. There’s a single car in front of me and it’s been close to 20 minutes. There’s been enough time for a homeless guy to come around twice already making his rounds. I’m waiting for round 3 and then I’m leaving.
It's not bad and they have impossible sliders, but it's not something i would constantly crave. Service was impatient and rude, but that's usually how it goes in chains like this. I blame the company, not the staff.

A hometown staple when visiting NJ. The order was made to everyone desired taste. All the food was hot and fresh. Our wait time was minimal, especially for several menu changes. The night shift was on point.

I am writing to express my deep concern over the unsanitary practices observed at your establishment. The manager, while handling orders and completing transactions with money and credit cards, was also involved in food preparation—all without changing gloves between tasks. This disregard for basic hygiene standards is both unacceptable and unprofessional. Additionally, the state of the bathrooms was extremely poor, further contributing to an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. We ultimately felt compelled to cancel our order due to these conditions. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I urge management to address these issues immediately to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness and food safety.

My wife never been to a white castle due in her life, I got her hooked on the frozen white castle burgers from Sam's club. I been running to Newark it was the perfect opportunity for her to get fresh burgers and fries. First trip she bought 10 second time it was 20 burgers we had to share the joy ? First trip the fries seemed stale however the second trip fries just amazing. Place is a tad run down probably not a very nice neighborhood ? The employees seemed very nice and took care of things fast and professionally. Next trip I will get a few pictures.
Parking: I have no trouble parking a mack bobtail tractor there, some street parking as well.
