“This place is amazing! I have celiac disease and have a hard time finding safe places to eat. I had the gluten free chicken tender platter and chocolate chip cookies, which were both unbelievable. The wait staff was incredibly kind and attentive and explained that everything was prepared separately using a dedicated fryer. My gluten consuming family also loved their food. My husband said it was the best pastrami he’s ever had and my son had an “extra cheesy” grilled cheese. The owner visited our table and introduced himself. Cannot recommend this place enough!“

“For dinner we when to RUMI and it was amazing! Appetizers absolutely delicious all our dinners were delicious fresh hot completely satisfied . And then we had complementary Turkish tea and we all had desserts which were absolutely delicious someone with a sweet tooth would love. “Went this evening to try this new place as I was graving some shawarma. Had a beef shawarma that came with olives and pickles. Flavor was very authentic Middle Eastern in both the shawarma and pickles. I also had their fattoush which was very good. 2 people can easily be served from both the shawarma and fattoush! Overall, good food, nice place. Will be back.“

“If you are looking for GOOD NY style pizza, you need to try Nonno's. There are many pizzerias in the Clifton / Nutley area, but in my opinion the pizza here is one of the best I have had. Sauce is favourable. Cheese is good quality unlike some places where they fall off the moment you pick up the slice. Service is super friendly and accommodating. It's a small place with a feeling of a neighbourhood-go-to pizzeria“

“This place was fantastic! Over the years I've been here maybe 10 times. I never complain when my friends or family suggest this place to eat for dinner. The waitresses are always a pleasure to deal with. They assist me well when I ask for all my extras and meal modifications. The chef ?‍? in the back is on point. “We were driving through NJ on our way to church, and my son didn’t want to eat the food I brought from home, so we stopped by this pizza shop and wow, the pizza was amazing and the place is clean. I ordered a plain bagel with butter and coffee. Coffee is self serve.
When you bite into it, it’s chewy and doughy . Don’t expect a NY style bagel.
It’s not crunchy on the outside. When you bite into it, it compresses down into nothing.
The butter is a cross between unsalted and salted.
I chose to make myself a French vanillas coffee. Nothing special about.
It did the job for moment.
Would I go outta of my way to buy from here ? No. Maybe a different bagel choice or sandwich. Idk. If I’m in the area , maybe. This is just my opinion. Try it for yourself. There are tables and chairs inside to sit down. A TV“

“Great place to get a family dinner when you don't feel like cooking! The food is homemade and cooked with love! I absolutely love mashed potatoes and their mashed potatoes are so good.😊 It is not boxed but real lol.

Personally everything is good but the mashed potatoes with fried chicken and creamed spinach with a side of la Rosa sauce is my favorite meal.

Their french fries are so unique and tasty because their thick cut fries.

My sons loves their mac & cheese with fried chicken and yellow rice. I've recommended it to my coworkers and they all love it too!

If you're thinking about trying it, it's so much better in person because the customer service is great. The owner's wife is wonderful, love her, and the food is always freshly made.“
