“This was the best blizzard I've ever had. All other dairy queens I've been to have made me either wrong blizzards or liquidy blizzards and God forbid they ever flip it as the dairy queen motto says. They brought us the blizzards, flipped it in front of us and they were better tasting than any blizzards I've ever had. The food was fantastic, better than any fast food place I've ever been to. I am astonished by the quality of this place. The only thing I'm disappointed in is that it isn't closer to my house.“

“I recently visited Charley’s Cheesesteaks and had their Philly cheesesteak- it was beyond awesome! The steak was tender and perfectly seasoned, paired with melted cheese that elevated the flavor. The bread was fresh and soft, holding everything together without being too heavy. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were top-notch. The portion size was satisfying. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. If you're a cheesesteak lover, Charley’s is a must-try! “Had a problem with my burger that the lead manager came over and fixed promptly, but the bespectacled man who took our order was passive-aggressive and very condescending. According to our receipt, apparently the man's name was Lorenzo. In the first place, Lorenzo refused to even take my order until my fiancé (who was with me) ordered her food first. The reason Lorenzo gave for this was simply an insistence on "ladies first!" While Lorenzo had a point about this being good manners and proper etiquette, for him to be as adamant and imposing about it was rude, inappropriate and uncalled-for in the context of a customer service experience. Not only this, but every time I politely asked him a question about if a certain condiment had been placed on my order or not, he would reply "You already said that" in an extremely passive-aggressive manner if I managed to accidentally repeat myself. Lorenzo's whole attitude made it seem like he was trying to make me look as bad as he possibly could in front of my woman, which makes me wonder if perhaps it was a lame- brained attempt to steal someone else's lady. Apparently, he felt that I needed to be "put in my place", when I in fact did nothing to deserve this treatment. All I did was initiate was a simple business transaction. This whole encounter made me feel like a victim of reverse racism, due to the fact the cashier in question was black and he was acting like he was under the impression that white people owe him something besides the money they pay for their food at this location. And if not reverse racism, then I am accusing Lorenzo of blatant gender-on-gender misandry.“

“It was very good and fast service, this McDonalds is my favorite!!“

“What a place with an old time feel! They are on their game, we ordered on the road 10 minutes out and when we showed up our food was waiting for us. After looking around the building, they have a great condiments bar for all your needs! All the employees were working to get people their food and everything from the kitchen that was on the shelf for customers looked awesome! We got cheese burger clubs and some dogs, which were awesome! Bathrooms and everything was very clean and these guys definitely pay attention to detail on everything! In conclusion, all the food we had was great and these guys will see a surge in patronage as word of mouth goes along way. We just stopped in for a quick lunch on coming home from the beach, and the place continued to fill up as we were there! Johnny, Christos, and company are doing a great job and we will be back very often, because their food and menu options are that good! As I am writing, my wife continues to tell me about the food choices available from the Lantern, which is making me hungry as I write this! You boys have a great thing going and keep it up as we will be continuous customers moving forward!

“While I do like this location and staff, the food quality for mcdonald's in general has to improve. Fries were fresh and probably the best part of my meal. Chicken nuggets tasted like breaded chewing gum. I had a quarter pounder and it was so flavorless that it tasted like cardboard not even extra ketchup helped the patty which by the way looked like a cheeseburger patty. Nothing quarter pound about it. Will be back for the fries though.“

“These guys are always on point. I have never had a bad experience in 14 years living here. One time I was annoyed and complained and the manager called me to make it right. In todays times, you can’t beat that. Just made a large order for a kids birthday party and it was double checked and made fresh. Honestly, I was missing it more than I’d care to admit… So, when I finally swung by again, I was kinda hyped only to get hit with a letdown. The first visit was meh, and the next couple times? Still not it. The staff looked like they were still figuring out which end of the burrito is up. But then, today—boom. I walk in and there’s Jeffrey, holding it down behind the counter like some sort of burrito wizard. Seriously, shoutout to this guy. My bowl? Absolute fire. Fresh as hell and you could just tell someone actually cared making it. That’s what I expect from Bubakoos, you know? All the pieces, base, meat, toppings, just on point. Plus, the dude’s quick, nails it every time, super chill, and actually acts like he wants you there. I really hope I see more of Jeffrey (or at least someone who gets it like he does) because that’s the kind of vibe that keeps me coming back.

“What you would expect from Dairy Queen as far as a soft serve cone. What separates this place is its old school DQ vibe. The building with that red roof is just like back in the day. The inside and outside was really clean on my visit. So added points for the attention to detail. Will have to get this photo on the Golden Cone App as well.“

“as someone who works here i feel this place really makes me happy to see how out mangers are and make sure everything is perfect and clean because i know id rather a nice freshly cooked meal in a clean restaurant, coming here to work i thought it’d be kind of unclean but surprisingly compared to other fast food places in very clean cookies are freshly made every morning when we are not taking orders we are making sure everything is restocked and clean for customers to get there meal as fast as possible while it also being cooked freshly i hope this tells you guys that behind the counter we make sure you enjoy your visit.“

“Love the Jersey Mike's in Lincoln Park! I order from them almost every week. I never have an issue with my order, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they're always efficient and on time with my to go orders. Highly recommend them!“
