“I don't see why this location is rated so poorly. My mom and I stopped here because there were very limited fast locations in Oakland. The place was clean and nearly empty. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with Mac N Cheese. My mom ordered 3 chicken supreme tacos. The great part about this location was the combined eateries. This way my mom could order Taco Bell and I could order KFC. When my food was prepared and place on the counter, I politely said "Thank You" and the woman replied with "Ok". The workers were a bit strange but besides that this was a good experience.“
“Jimmy should be the manager and not Tania. His demeanor and attitude is what I look for in customer service his friendliness and kindness to give what is needed makes a great employee. I hope he gets a raise and I hope Tania could get re-trained or step down from manager position because her attitude is awful and totally unwelcoming.“

“I worked with Ma’s Tea House for a corporate event. Initially we wanted them to come on site at our NYC office location at make fresh bubble tea as people came into the office, which they do offer, but the building had a lot of specific requests which made it difficult to coordinate. We ended up deciding to switch to a delivery of 100 bubble teas in the morning for my event that same afternoon. From start to finish, they were very easy to work with and responsive. I stopped by the shop and Justin worked with me to decide on what would be best for delivery and what flavors would be good options. I even requested they add my company’s stickers to the cups along with their own and they did. Delivery was a little tough (but that was due to the location of the office in midtown, police officers not allowing vehicles to stop, etc.) but we eventually found each other for delivery and they helped bring the bubble teas into the building within the delivery time discussed.As for the bubble teas during the event, we decided on 50 white peach rose with strawberry popping boba and 50 passion fruit with mango popping boba. They were a HUGE hit and mostly gone within the hour from the start of the event which we didn’t expect. We were anticipating some leftovers by the end of the day, but in the end, there were none.Pricing was reasonable and comparable to other quotes that we received. Brian was great to work with. We would look to work with them again in the future!“
