It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. It's especially a great place to go with the kids. They have a fenced-in area where the kids can play on the giant rocking chair or on the basketball court that they have in the fenced in patio.“

“Made a phone order for a custom photo cake this past weekend. The manager who, both at phone call and while I was picking up, always prioritizes the service of the customers in front of her. She called back to take the order less rushed and she really made me feel like whomever she is helping she is giving her full attention to provide a good service. It was easy working with her to customize the perfect cake for my sisters birthday. We were blown away! She loved her cake and our family loved the extra crunchies! We haven’t really bought Carvel cakes since our childhood years and we might start doing it again more often and with this shop specifically! Thank you!“

“I’ve been coming to Carvel in Ramsey for years. While the ownership has changed over time, Carvel remains a welcome treat. They offer a great selection of soft and hard ice creams, along with a nice variety of cakes and cones for special occasions. And they have late hours. Always a satisfying stop!“

“Baskin-Robbins is really good cuz it has like 31 Flavors and you get free samples for example I want to try rocky road but I didn't know if I was going to like so I said can I please have a sample and they said yeah sure and then they didn't charge me“

“This was the best blizzard I've ever had. All other dairy queens I've been to have made me either wrong blizzards or liquidy blizzards and God forbid they ever flip it as the dairy queen motto says. They brought us the blizzards, flipped it in front of us and they were better tasting than any blizzards I've ever had. The food was fantastic, better than any fast food place I've ever been to. I am astonished by the quality of this place. The only thing I'm disappointed in is that it isn't closer to my house.“
