“I go to this Baskin-Robbins every weekday morning and it’s like a well oiled machine! They are so fast and never make a mistake with my order. And they’re very friendly too. I’m writing as I’m leaving the Haskell, New Jersey Baskin-Robbins because I am near there now. Every time I go to this Baskin-Robbins, there’s a problem. I waited 20 minutes for my drink and many times my drink has been incorrect and once they didn’t have the ingredients for my order and they wouldn’t give me my money back. “Best ice cream shop in Essex County if not the entire state of NJ. You can taste the difference in quality, creaminess, ingredients, no artificial flavors. Small micro batches made with natural ingredients and real flavors. Great owner and staff. Very nice people who go above and beyond to help create a wonderful experience. Small space but the flavor is large. They are getting ready to launch their second storefront in Lyndhurst. Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Favorite flavors include: Strawberry Baklava Chocolate But all are incredibly good!“

It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. “The most amazing experience ever. Can’t say enough. Both Mary and Philip are the sweetest and were absolutely a pleasure to work with. I had a Valentine’s event on feb15th which needed to be rescheduled to the 22nd and I canceled the order last minute for 30 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries. They didn’t charge me a single cent. I got the same order for the following week and they did an absolutely amazing job. The BEST CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES EVER!!!! “I just want to express what a lovely experience we had at your ice cream shop in Ramsey this evening. My husband discovered the shop last week and enjoyed having some ice cream from there. He raved about it to us and I planned to come in on Labor Day with my daughter to try some. I called before heading over and Addison was so nice and courteous over the phone. When we walked into the store she was so nice and friendly and served us with great care. The ice cream was outrageously delicious. We tried Cookie Monster and Dubai chocolate. He was energetic and really seemed to love what he was doing. We watched him buzz around the restaurant and chat with people, always keeping coffee full and people happy. I came with a 2 year old, she needed a diaper change, they told me the restrooms were closed to customers and only for staff. I got my little girl her ice cream and a guy who appeared to be a manager told us to get out because they dont allow indoor seating. it's a shame because the ice cream is great and it's a great location“

“Fun experience. Brought my nephew to get some ice cream after he ate all his dinner (rare occurance). And he had so much fun trying to figure out what flavors he wanted. He ended up choosing cookies and cream and getting sprinkles on top. The portion sizes were generous and the staff was extremely sweet and patient. Only complaint is that most days it opens at 2 so cant treat him after he eats his lunch :) cant wait to go back“
