“I go to this Baskin-Robbins every weekday morning and it’s like a well oiled machine! They are so fast and never make a mistake with my order. And they’re very friendly too. I’m writing as I’m leaving the Haskell, New Jersey Baskin-Robbins because I am near there now. Every time I go to this Baskin-Robbins, there’s a problem. I waited 20 minutes for my drink and many times my drink has been incorrect and once they didn’t have the ingredients for my order and they wouldn’t give me my money back. It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. I had a Valentine’s event on feb15th which needed to be rescheduled to the 22nd and I canceled the order last minute for 30 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries. It's especially a great place to go with the kids. They have a fenced-in area where the kids can play on the giant rocking chair or on the basketball court that they have in the fenced in patio.“

“Made a phone order for a custom photo cake this past weekend. The manager who, both at phone call and while I was picking up, always prioritizes the service of the customers in front of her. She called back to take the order less rushed and she really made me feel like whomever she is helping she is giving her full attention to provide a good service. It was easy working with her to customize the perfect cake for my sisters birthday. We were blown away! She loved her cake and our family loved the extra crunchies! We haven’t really bought Carvel cakes since our childhood years and we might start doing it again more often and with this shop specifically! Thank you!“

“I e cream is great, nice building and atmosphere, rude pretentious staff. I came with a 2 year old, she needed a diaper change, they told me the restrooms were closed to customers and only for staff. I got my little girl her ice cream and a guy who appeared to be a manager told us to get out because they dont allow indoor seating. it's a shame because the ice cream is great and it's a great location“
