Dairy Queen offers delicious ice cream with great service. One customer’s wife was given free ice cream after the staff learned she wanted butter pecan to honor her mother’s memory, which was very nice and heartwarming. The quality and flavor always exceed expectations, making each visit a delightful treat. The mother-son service is sweet and kind, with fantastic customer service. However, the store needs a facelift, as the mall has old esthetics and no outside seating, which would be very helpful for customers after baseball games.
