Amato's Pizzeria (Newton)

I ordered Mike’s Special Pizza yesterday, and it is amazing! Reminds me of a combination of their Chicken Aurora Dinner (which I love) and their Grandma Pizza (so so good.) My kids also love the burgers here. I look forward to ordering again!

I've been getting lunch here for the last three months. food is consistent, they are friendly, everything I've had on there menu is excellent, menu is huge, and extremely reasonable for the food you get. only place I'd go to. I'd give them 10 stars.

They put way to much sauce like way to much sauce on there specialty slices.

It's a little place but the food is very good! Try the chicken parm pizza or the chicken Reale!

Great Pizzeria, they have a nice sauce with a touch of sweetness. The Sicilian and 18" Deep Dish are amazing.

Amato's Pizza is absolutely fantastic. We knew their pizza was good, so we decided to order a wrap and a burger last night. My daughter said the wrap was one of the best she has ever had, and the Amato's Burger was absolutely fantastic, as well as cooked to perfection. When I called in the order they told me the driver was busy so it would be about 40 minutes, and the food arrived in exactly 20 minutes. The gentleman doing the delivery was beyond pleasant and polite. These are good people running a good local business. Please support them, and try that Amato's Burger.

Really good food and fast service!! Love them and it’s our new go to pizzeria. The sauce is very tasty unlike other places in newton that we have tried. Plus they always get our delivery correct. Awesome people too

We ordered from here. The food was decent. The service was good and timely but the sauce is totally downgraded the food. I mean if you go in there for pizzas or a Parmesan type sandwich this would not be the place to go everything else we tried was good. Don’t get me wrong. I would recommend them. It’s like I said nothing they did was bad. I just was not a fan of the sauce and felt that it took away from otherwise good experience and meal

We ordered a lot of food for delivery and the guy on the phone was so nice!! They didn't mess up the order at all and the food was absolutely spectacular!!

If I could give zero stars I would but there’s no option for it. Was charged an open food and credit card fee. Didn’t eat there got take out. No clue what and open food fee is. Ordered a calzone and it was smaller than my wife’s panini! Calzone was listed as having mozzarella and ricotta cheese, I ordered it with ham in it. No ricotta just about a pound of mozzarella and a couple pieces or deli ham thrown in the top of the bread(whole pieces not even cut up!) sauce that comes with it was bitter and burnt. Wife’s panini (Brooklyn Panini) did Not even more than a table spoon of the “ balsamic glaze” on it if you can call it that. A couple thin pieces of grilled (frozen then thawed out of bag) chicken and WAY TO MUCH “roasted” peppers. And it’s supposed to come with fries she maybe got 10 soggy shoe string fries. Worst pizza shop in THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY! Will not be getting food from there ever again!
