Stopped here yesterday to get an impossible burger. In the drive thru, they asked if I can pull up and wait at the white line as my food was cooking. I politely declined and informed them that every time I was asked to do this to wait for my food, there was SOMETHING wrong with my order. The young guy got bothered and said "fine" and closed the drive thru window. After waiting a bit, I received my food to find that YET AGAIN my order was wrong. Clean place as well
Raw chicken finger. Like completely raw! I have photos! Plus the inconsiderate manager that dealt with my situation when my 6 year old daughter ate 3/4 of a completely raw chicken tender. Completely appalled, disgusted, flabbergasted and angry not just for the completely raw chicken but for the way I was treated!
