Spring Diner is a quaint little place that looks like a typical New Jersey diner, with a mobile home-like appearance. The food is good, served quickly, and the staff is attentive. The restaurant offers a traditional Eggs Benedict with a tangy Hollandaise sauce and perfectly cooked soft-poached eggs, which is praised as one of the best. The French toast is also a highlight, with wonderful flavor that brings a smile to the customer's face. The home fries are well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The staff make customers feel at home. Although the place is small, it is a humble and welcoming establishment. The place is very cute and welcoming. Staff was friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Food was fast and good. Pancakes are bomb, I highly recommend. Mexican chicken tacos were traditionally prepared and DELISH! Pastrami rueben was fabulous!
