My daughter and I had a wonderful meal at The Circle. The wait staff were friendly and attentive and paid just the right amount of attention to us whilst serving the other tables. The food was divine. I had the foi gras appetizer and am still thinking about it days later. Everything was freshly prepared with layers of flavor. We both loved all the dishes we had and definitely plan to go back.
Highly recommend doing the tasting menu. Hands down one of the best meals I've ever had! Every course had intention and was executed beautifully. The service was wonderful as well. I love that they took the time to explain the courses and what each of the unique elements on each plate was. Can't wait to go back!
This place is a hidden Michelin star in Sussex county. We went for the first time on Saturday and were greeted with smiles and brought to our table on the first floor. Casey was an exceptional server. Explained everything very well and made us feel at home. We went for the 6 course dinner and they knocked it out of the park. So much thought into each dish composition and how each flavor would blend with the others. Highly recommend!
