“So didn't know what to expect,But the food and owner were great had mozzarella sticks they were out of the park and sauce was great Then we each had a chicken sandwich and no complaints It was juicy not dry so all I can say is 5 stars”

“I 1st became aware of this place from a reel that I seen where some guy was complaining about the price. The way the employee handled it by offering to give it to him free of charge and he could come back and pay if he enjoyed it really intrigued me. Made me think these must be spectacular hot dogs and he knows it. So I took the 5 hour 250 mile round trip from my home to see for myself. Well these dogs were just amazing 🤩 perfect snap on the dog and the chili was just spectacular. The two women that were working the counter were simply wonderful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back. I would have to say they’re in my top 3 hot dog joints. Thank you for talking me into the 3rd hotdog 😜 I need one for a picture anyway since I gobbled the 1st 2 down quickly 🤣🤣🤷🏻‍♂️”

“This place is a hidden gem. They have hearty portions and everything it just delicious. It’s small and quaint little shop but it feels just like visiting family. The owner and the staff are always so warm and welcoming. They’re just genuine heartfelt people. The bagels are perfect, and the food always hits the spot. Love their breakfast sandwiches. I’ve been there a few times and I’ll definitely be back again.”

This place is super consistent, I’ve not had a bad order of food. Staff is always friendly; I was short on change once and before I could run to get some more, they let it slide.
Top notch restaurant, lucky to have them around.”

“We haven’t been to 1 Republik in a very long time due to different ownership and their quality of service. We decided one night to just give it another try. Under the new ownership of the place is totally different vibe is great! The food is fantastic. The service was wonderful. They also did a great job with ambience. We were starved by our bartender Sean who was knowledgeable and personable. Xavien, the bar back was so welcoming with his with smile and attentiveness. The drinks were on point. The tacks were delicious. We had such a good time; we decided to come back the next day. We met Alyssa the bartender who remembered our favorite drinks and Juan, the manager. Under his lead this place is heading in the right direction now. Can’t wait to see what’s ahead!! See me here!”

“My husband and I stopped in on our way to an event in the area based on reviews. It's a very small place with no indoor seating. However the service was friendly and quick and the chicken bao was very good. If we are ever back in the area, I would try more items from their menu.”

“Clean, fast, terrific selection. Easy in and out parking. Had good old egg and sausage on a roll = best I’ve ever had. Great coffee, offered 1/2 and 1/2 self serve. No waiting in line. Make it while they make your sandwich. If I commuted this would be my every morning spot.”

“First of all I want to get something straight….I would recommend it 100000000% IF MY DAD STILL WAS THERE TONY DIPIAZZA!! It’s not the same since he left and never will be!!! When I was there with my family today showing 3 of my children and my boyfriend where I basically spent most of my childhood helping out my father especially on weekends the guy behind the counter was rude!! At first he was alright but he seemed annoyed and I’m not sorry I was explaining to my children the history of the place and it breaks my heart to know there is such crappy customer service there!! Anyone who knows who the original owners are of this place or worked for my dad would understand why I say that ! On that note I don’t plan on going back again at least for a while if that I enjoy showing my kids where I grew up but I’m highly disappointed in the food and service. Also no toilet paper in the bathroom or napkins in the napkin holders and the guy didn’t wash his hands when he touched money then made. Food and he put the money on the counter where he makes the pizza that’s so very unprofessional and insanitary!!”
