It's been a few years since I come to Five Guys but today I was very shocked by the service. I ordered some fries that's all I wanted but I when I paid it was very weird that the person who took my order took a very close look at my receipt as it was coming out and before handing it to me. She was checking to see how much tip I left on my card and since I did not leave a tip on the card she just gave me a very neutral look and didn't say thanks or have a good night,...

Just left with a bag of Cajun fries and peanuts and I just want to say how pleasant the gentlemen working there were. For such a quick interaction they left a nice mark on my evening. I wish I got their names but you know who you are kings!! All jokes aside, it was two younger men and a manager I believe. All extremely nice and I want to make sure people know to come here and enjoy their meals made by very nice people! Thank you!! 2/6 745 ish pm.

Stopped into Five Guys on Father's Day after enjoying a movie. This location is our favorite. The team is amazing and always looking after the clients. I even asked for an additional order of fries after I'd already placed my order and the gentlemen took care of us with a smile
