Best place in the area to get a half a bbq roast chicken and yellow rice and delicious black beans for 12.50 hands down the chicken is moist and juicyevery time even left overs in the microwave

Goulart was such a great find. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and tasted authentic and homemade. What stood out to me most were the portions, they were generous and definitely worth it, especially when so many places serve such small plates these days.
