We ordered a special for 3 people. The waitress suggested us to get the term medium well but the meat was too bloody so they putted the meat in the grill but hide temperature. They brought the meat 10 minutes after burning and smelling bad.
I visited La Fusta on Mother’s Day with a reservation for 3 people. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we had to wait quite a while to be seated—it seemed like there may have been some overbooking, as other groups appeared to be in the same situation.
That said, once we were finally seated, the experience improved a lot. The service ended up being excellent and the food was very good. Because of that, I’m still giving 5 stars, but I hope the reservation management...

We had a wonderful experience at La Fusta in New Jersey. Although there was a long wait to be seated, Pablo and Sebastian handled the situation professionally and kindly. They really took care of us and made sure we were comfortably accommodated in a very nice area of the restaurant. Their attention and customer service truly made a difference. Thank you, Pablo and Sebastian, for turning the experience into a pleasant evening. Highly recommended!
