I’ve been craving Peruvian food and it def did not disappoint. The waitress a petite woman i forgot her name (sorry) was very lovely funny and full of energy. We got the churasco my 16 year old loved it. I got the Lomo Saltado and my husband got the rotisserie chicken, all entrees were very good and tasty. Will come back again for sure.

Had a fantastic experience at La Kausa in North Bergen. If you're looking for authentic Peruvian food, this is definitely a place worth checking out. The menu has a great selection of classics, from ceviche and causa to lomo saltado, tallarines, pollo a la brasa, and plenty of seafood options. Everything was flavorful, satisfying, and clearly prepared with care.
