I just entered the premises, with my wife and our emotional support pet in which the ADA law protects us, the law says that they can sit on the lap even in a chair but not on the floor, since they are not pets. Not trained, terrible service from the staff. Consider leaving the premises without purchasing anything.

I just got in from west palm beach,fl and 1 stop is here. The coffee is great. The desserts are delicious. My favorite is the ham & cheese on multigrain croissant. The have the right touch for croissants not doughy but flakey as it should be. I know I have been to Paris and that what a real croissant should taste like not the crap you get a supermarkets!
We were gifted some sweets from Dos Chicas and they were OUTSTANDING. 10/10 the best gift.

Frustrating experience trying to buy a cake on Christmas Eve. Called ahead of time to confirm the hours, checked on google maps and the store signed confirmed that it would close at 6 PM. Showed up at 4:58 to a locked door with the last few guests checking out. I asked if I could quickly purchase the cake on display and was told no. Poor service that has soured many other great experiences.
