I had an issue with a previous order. I ordered the 3-piece spicy tenders box, but the tenders were missing. When I contacted customer service through the app, the only options were a $1.60 refund or 100 reward points. Since I mainly paid for the chicken, that didn’t really feel like a fair solution.

I live about 20 minutes away and work Monday through Friday, so I couldn’t make a special trip back. Today I happened to be in the area after stopping at Walmart, so I went to the restaurant and explained what had happened.

The manager didn’t hesitate or question me. They immediately replaced the missing chicken, which I really appreciated. I felt respected and trusted as a customer.

I had actually planned to buy another meal so I could return the extra fries that were mistakenly included in my previous order. However, the replacement chicken came with fries again, so there wasn’t really a way to return them. The manager even smiled and joked, “You can have another free fries!” That small moment made me smile.

Great customer service isn’t just about fixing mistakes—it’s about how people treat you. This team was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. I would definitely recommend this location.

Be careful, I ordered chicken a few days ago, and it made all of us sick. I had to take my kids to the hospital, where they diagnosed us with food poisoning.

I also appreciate the hard work put in by the Manager! I have been here several times in the past few weeks and have seen just how hard working, particularly when the restaurant is busy like today. She (and other staff) tends to have a red face and perspiring from the heat of the kitchen and moving around so fast. These can be very tough jobs. Personally, I feel that they are short a staff member at this location, but the Manager does a good job with the hand she’s been dealt!

I come here often but when it comes to exceptional service, Sandra takes the crown. She is so sweet and patient , very accommodating and helpful. We need more people like her!!!!!!

not only did i have to repeat my order 3-4 times and return food to the counter, but the food was a greasy mess. the people that worked the 4 o'clock shift on 5/26 were openly talking about my client in spanish assuming i did not understand. my client has visible development disabilities. will never be returning, they disgusted me with the cackling and pure disgrace to humanity. it may be the manager who was the main person making my client her source of entertainment too.

This place is racist I place a order and waited for 40 minutes and during that time people that was Spanish came in order and got there food but they ignored me order was canceled and I still don’t have my money back this was on April 4th 2026 how long to return the money

I usually have a good experience. I ordered 6 pc garlic Parmesan wings. When I got home I noticed some had feathers.Unfortunately , I don’t have the ability to drive back and opted to call and see if I can get a new order.

However, the number listed does not even go through.

This location served the food hot, not like the one in Paramus. It was a wait but it was worth getting fresh food not just food lying around for hours. They forgot my biscuit too. Customer service was pleasant.
