Gave them a 2nd try after getting a terrible Cuban sandwich the first time. I ordered the Pollo Loco without chipotle mayo. I got a dry, unseasoned chicken sandwich and of course they added the mayo. 2 slices of raw bacon. Horrible! Same goes for their croqueta. If you want real Cuban food go to El Artesano restaurant in Union City.

The coffee was amazing—definitely going back for that! The tart itself tasted good, but it didn’t feel very fresh since the fruit on top looked a bit dry. Service was just okay; it seemed like only one person was working, so it was hard for her to keep up. Understandable though!

The coffee isn't the best - most of the time it tastes burnt and has a bad aftertaste. The sandwiches, flan, and tres leches are pretty good though. The professional service from staff is sometimes lacking at the counter. EDIT: I commend the owner for acknowledging the service issue & trying to improve - it takes courage to listen to your customers and that will ultimately help your business.
I come everyday, love the food, the Coffee is AMAZING... the service is beyond perfect. Diana is super friendly and super sweet. I will keep coming every day, I highly recommend this place.
