I came in close to closing time and ordered a coffee with milk. The staff seemed to rush my order and didn’t put much care into it. They served me a cold coffee, and I was really disappointed. Cold latte really upsets my stomach. It made me feel nauseous, and I ended up gagging. I felt awful afterward 😔
The food is not really cuban I feel like it's more American cuban the workers there although very nice when they actually take your order but they will sit there in front of your face talking to each other and won't ask what you want to they are done with there convo I also notice they worry about those mobil orders over the people standing rite in. Front of your face
I stopped by recently to pick up some cuban sandwiches and pastries and was surprised to see how nicely decorated everything is and what fun atmosphere the workers created for everyone! They’ve come up with their own theme song! Food is delicious, coffee is even better but the customer service is definitely one of the reasons we continue to come back!
