I’ve seen the service at this location decline significantly over the years. They used to be lively, energetic, and courteous, but now the staff seems dull, robotic, and completely indifferent. From the front desk to the servers taking orders, the attitude often feels like they’re doing you a favor by serving you.
I occasionally visit the Buffalo Wild Wings in Bridgewater, and the service there is noticeably better.

It’s a happening joint. I mean that sincerely, it’s well located and easy to find too! What can I say here the food is good, the staff is very talented and professional, the service is efficient and the establishment is even very clean. The place has its share of regulars as well. Moreover, the vibes are nice and well done.
