Leaving a critical review is tough but our experience at this Chipotle location is mixed. The food is decent, comparable to any other location.

A lot of the issues come down to staffing and service but that feels unfortunately on-brand for a few of the Chipotle locations I've frequented recently. There's no clear floor manager when there's a meal rush - the staff seem to have to figure things out on their own when there's a long line, pile-up...

I do not get why the hate, this Chipotle is fantastic. There are a lot of space and seats, stocked sauces, good music, great portions of food, clean, friendly staff, and overall has an amazing atmosphere. The Asian girl working the register patiently helped me use my card when it was not going through and in the end gave me a nice smile that made my day. If I could have given a tip I would of. People may forget that workers also have lives and may be going through some personal...

The girl didn’t wrap my burrito properly:( then I asked someone else to please fix and she just doble wrapped it with a tortilla but I didn’t want
two tortillas on my burrito and I just took off the extra tortilla
