This is place is simple. It they know what they are doing. Clean place; happy staff and lots of easy to pick up options. You are in and out and have many fresh options to choose from. I think price wise is great too. I picked something that was ready since I was in a hurry. The volcano sushi was delicious and fresh.
Went to Sarku Japan after about 6-7 years. The whole experience has deteriorated quite a lot.The signature dish, chicken teriyaki was very dry and rice did not have any teriyaki sauce. The chicken pieces were ok.The California roll was very dry and quite small.The chicken bento box was not great. Therice was very dry. The bento box did not carry the shrimp tempura, which I remembered from earlier.The restroom was unclean and did not have tissues. The tables were probably not clean...read full review
