First time at Sarku Japan and it was a good experience overall. If it’s your first visit, make sure to sign up for the app because you can get $5 off your first meal. The cashier was pretty friendly and helpful. Also, make sure to ask for hot sauce because they don’t have any out for you to grab yourself. One funny tip…hold onto your tray tight! The disposable trays are super slippery and your food will slide and glide around if you’re not...
No frills Japanese comfort food, when you don't want to spend a lot of money. The service, though cold and robotic, was adequate for the type of place it is. Minimal decor aside from advertisements for specials. The teriyaki beef and shrimp entree I ordered was flavorful and definitely got the job done. I didn't expect the sushi to be anything special so I wasn't disappointed when it was on the bland side. Don't expect much from them except passable food...
Good portion, fast service and I LOVE the box they have. Great design, in good quality and easy to use. Not the cheap ones with thick plastics you see in the food court. The sauce is a bit salty though.
