I had accidentally ordered carry out on the Wingstop app and I called and they help me out so much. They cut my food there until I was able to pick it up even heated it up for me. They were so nice and understanding.!

I had a great experience at Wingstop thanks to Wally. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was handled quickly and correctly. He had a positive attitude, answered my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s not every day you get customer service this good. Wally definitely went above and beyond, and because of him I’ll be coming back. Wingstop is lucky to have an employee like him, amazing amazing service.
