I ordered delivery food on 06.06.2023 - I was told it was a 40-50 min delivery which was fine. One hour later I ended up calling to check up on the delivery and I was told it was delivered 20 min prior which I told the lady on the phone was not true. She then said she was going to call the driver and check to see where he’s at and call back, or she can just prepare a new order. Horrible place and Coustomer service! Tried to explain to the lady on the phone that we got 2 lo mein both without the noodles ! And she completely refused to listen to us ! We have ordered from multiple places , never had this terrible experience! Ever! Waste of money!
Put it on the menu that lo mein doesn't come with the noodles!!! For better understanding!
Or just do us a favor and google "lo mein"!
