Grace was amazing at Starbucks. I came in for a pickup order and realized I had ordered the wrong size, but she was so kind and helpful about fixing it for me. She was very approachable, friendly, and made the whole experience easy and stress free. She had such a positive attitude and great customer service. Employees like Grace make people want to keep coming back. She definitely deserves a raise!!!
This location over ices your drink so you get less coffee/espresso, but pay for a full drink. I have to ask almost every time for them to dump some ice/redo my drink because it’s way too much ice. I go to other locations where it’s a third less of ice.

I love the staff since they were very paitent with me just looking at their bottles (I kinda have a bottle problem). They also asked questions like if I wante whip cream or if I needed a non-Dairy subsitute to my Strawberry Frap.
I will be visiting a bit more later!
