6 Best Craft Breweries near North Cape May

Gusto Brewing Company Brewery • $
3860 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May

“I spend a lot of time at Gusto, for many reasons: the staff is welcoming, efficient and friendly, it is cozy, customers keep returning; a community has developed where “everybody knows your name”, Zack and Adriana are the best,… oh! and the beer! Second to none, in my opinion… I L.O.V.E. their sours ( Inside Joke) and the stout ( Out There). The place is family and pet friendly. Quoting Hemingway: “ A clean, well lighted place”. Wednesday Trivia is a must go. Love you guys!!!!“

Anglesea Aleworks Brewery •
3401 New Jersey Ave Unit 107, Wildwood - 7.7 miles

“Great place to hang out and have a few beers. If you knocked me out and I woke up here, I would never guess I was in a beach town. There are no windows really, but it gives it a real "buddy's home bar" feel(but bigger), which is a good thing. The two people working(I think the owners) were fantastic and friendly. They have some interesting beverages and encouraged us to try anything we wanted. I could have hung out there all day. They also sell prepackaged pretzels and popcorn as well has homemade soft pretzels. I had a few beers and a seltzer, all were very tasty.“

Behr Brewing Brewery • $$
513 Seashore Rd, Cape May - 3.62 miles

“I have now been to Behr Brewing on several occasions, I like it's quaint and relaxed atmosphere...but mostly I like the beer, I'm not sure how I would describe my pallet but my visits to numerous other breweries I often taste beers that just aren't for me. I can honestly say every time I have visited Behr all of the beers I have tried are very drinkable and I have enjoyed every single batch. very satisfying for sure.“

Cape May Brewing Co. Tasting Room & Brewtique Brewery • $
1250 Hornet Rd, Rio Grande - 2.82 miles

“We joined the "First Pour Tour" a couple of weeks ago, and we had a great time. Mary, our guide, provided an excellent and entertaining overview of the brewery's history and operations. She was very knowledgeable and congenial. We got to taste a few of the brews, and we left with a number of beers that are only available at the brewery. We've been a fan of their products for years, but this was the first time we made it out to the brewery. We'd certainly go again. Thanks, Mary!“

Cold Spring Brewery Brewery • $
733 Seashore Rd, Cape May - 2.44 miles

“When visiting Cape May this Christmas season, my fiancé and I went to Cold Spring Brewery to try it. We absolutely loved it! It is decorated for the holidays and cozy inside. We were thrilled to hear that our pup was allowed to be inside so we didn’t have to sit out in the cold with him. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They even gave our puppy a special treat. The beer was delicious. The tap room and bathrooms were clean. On Saturday, there was live music and it was so enjoyable. We loved our time at Cold Spring so much that we returned to the brewery on Sunday for the dog day afternoon special. It was so sweet. Unfortunately we observed a rude patron who complained about the dogs being present at the brewery (even though it is the designated dog day afternoon). If you don’t like to be around the pups, maybe Sunday afternoons aren’t for you. Everyone else at the brewery was kind and super friendly. Def recommend it here!“
