We stopped by Harpoons on the Bay recently and the atmosphere really stood out, the views of the bay are awesome and make it a great spot to just relax. Seating was ample and the bar area was clean, which is always nice to see.
Drinks were good and the bartenders were friendly and knew what they were doing. No complaints there.
Food was just average though, pretty typical greasy bar food. Nothing bad, just nothing memorable either. Honestly...

The drinks are decent, I had the painkiller and Harpoons Rum Runner. The rum runner was the star of the drinks. We also had the clam chowder, a burger, and alla vodka your way. The chowder was decent, the burger okay, and the alla vodka was something a college student would make in their dorm.
The beach across the street is also very nice. Great place to have a couple drinks after a day at the beach.

We ordered wings and breaded shrimp as apps. Both were better than average. And I had the red snapper with veggies and palente. That was outstanding.
Afterwards walked right across the street to watch sunset.
