We have been going to Montego Bay for over 15 years! This was our first year we weren't able to find the luggage carts. I think it is horrible that guest keep the carts in their rooms until they check out! No consideration to new coming quest. I hope hotel management can come up with a solution to fix this issue. The elevators are slow enough to wait to put our belongings on it and then come back with more.

We first came with my 4 children and only grandchild who was 2. Now currently we have 9 grands and my kids are all adults. I see a lot of reviews on here and disagree with most. Very few disappointments over the years. This is the most kid friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms have been upgraded over the years and are great.
