The pool was great, we came as a guest for the pool and payed $20 each. Very nice place, the lady Diane was so very nice. She was great and made me want to visit again! Thank you so very much!
We came for the water park, and we were very disappointed. The water is cold, the park is very small, and it’s too crowded. The service at the cafeteria is the worst. The lady working there is rude and does not provide good customer service. It took me an hour to get my food. Even though we only paid $20 per person, I would not recommend it at all.
We had a hiccup at the beginning of our stay. The customer relations manager, Kelliann, reached out to me. She not only ironed out our issue, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Thank you, Kelliann, for being an asset to Montego Bay and for providing us flawless service!
