We had a nice weekend. Clinton needs to be sent kudos! He gave such good customer service i was amazed. The room i requested wasn't ready and he offered to let me know when it was. He followed through with a smile. When I had questions he's answered them with a smile and without making me feel like I was bothering him. All weekend when I went by he spoke using my name. I have not had such good service in a while. My family enjoyed a great weekend with a good location...
Common areas(halls/elevator)are run down and dimly lit but unit was brand new and exceptionally clean. We stayed in superior/family suite w/ sea view/ocean front-1 bedroom. Unit Missing some touches-no mirror in bedrooms,wastebaskets, hangers,screen for sliding door,coffee table. Housekeeping comes in to provide new towels but no bed making or anything, possibly you can request it? but again no info on that. There wasn't much information on what would be supplied in the...
Ocean Front rooms are perfect. Great view of the boardwalk and Ocean.
Elevator not so perfect. Extremely slow and small. We had to take the steps from the 5th floor more times than we wanted.
