Literally the worst hotel "resort" I've ever stayed at in my life. They should be shut down.

My family is currently renting two rooms. Out of these two rooms the issues seem to be never-ending. First, when we arrived, one of the rooms had an issue with the air conditioning. The room was 89° and my family could not sleep. After multiple attempts to fix and get working, half of my family was moved to a new room. The other room of the original two we booked, we discovered the refrigerator not cold enough the day after check-in when our children’s ice-pops never froze....read full review
