My husband and I went for a little getaway. This was our first time staying here (we usually stay in the Premier Motor Inn). We loved everything about it!! Location, cleanliness, amenities, staff, inside pool. Stayed in the family suite ocean front. It was an incredible stay and we hated to leave!! We will be back!
Enjoyed our weekend here, indoor play space & heated pools were a nice way to get through these last Winter days with our little ones! All the staff was so friendly and nice, especially Diane at the pool area!
The workers were friendly, polite, rooms were clean, service was great. I would recommend it. I had a lot of fun. Will go again. Thank you. Room 614

Montego Bay Resort is a seaside hotel with a view of the ocean. Guests have noted that the rooms are spacious, with the 4-bedroom suites being particularly large and featuring roomy bathrooms. Some rooms include jacuzzi options that are highly recommended. Many find the balcony views great, especially from oceanfront rooms, although there could be more chairs on the balcony. The location is wonderful, situated directly on the boardwalk, making it perfect for enjoying the beach.
While some areas of the resort have seen improvements, such as air conditioning in common areas and restaurants, other maintenance issues remain, including problems with elevators and loose electrical outlets. The indoor waterpark is a highlight, featuring a pool, two water slides, a hot tub, and a baby pool, along with a tiki bar and a dry area for children to play. However, guests have raised concerns about the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub, suggesting a need for better filtration and maintenance.
Additionally, there have been inconsistencies in pricing when booking online versus over the phone, and the restaurant and bar have limited hours, being closed on Sundays and Mondays, which can make breakfast difficult for families. However, the food is generally well-received, with big portions noted by guests. Despite some issues, the resort offers a mix of good amenities and areas needing attention, making it a convenient choice for families looking for a beach getaway.
