“I have eaten here twice. Once was in the fall, and now today, right before Christmas. The ambiance is the most charming! I loved it as soon as I walked in. Some places that are adorned aren’t kept very tidy. Jon & Patty’s is VERY clean! Never do you worry about dust or debris. The coffee and apple cider are AMAZING! You will miss out if you don’t treat yourself to one of them. I personally suggest the cider. I normally NEVER get cider anywhere… but this cider is next level! “We visited this ice cream shop over the Labor Day weekend. It was our first time going there and we will definitely go back.

My daughter has nut allergies and ice cream places can be a bit tricky. Every place has different ways of handling orders for people that have nut allergies. We were very impressed with how they handled the ice cream order for my daughter.

A fresh clean scoop was used to get ice cream from a fresh container of ice cream. A new sleeve of waffle cones were opened for the order. We often have to explain the precautions we'd like them to take but not this time. They knew the right way to handle the order. Thank you for understanding food allergies and the seriousness needed to protect the consumer.

Thank you for taking my daughter's food allergies seriously and going the extra step to minimize exposure. Food allergies are tough to navigate, everyone has their own comfort level.

Thank you for allowing my daughter the simple pleasure of enjoying ice cream without the added worries of a reaction. Please know we truly appreciate your care and extra effort that goes into serving up her ice cream.

“I recommend all of their beers! I am not an IPA fan, but they have one or two of the IPAs I like, and my son, who is an IPA person, loves the ones I have brought home. Every one of their beers I have tried was great! I have only been there twice, so far, but will be back again, as soon as I can. Both times I have been there, I have been treated like I was a friend, and the Beer tenders were fantastic. I sure wish I lived closer!!! “My wife, dog, and I stopped in on Friday evening. While we were at another brewery we heard that Garden State was dog friendly as well (inside and out), it was in the direction that we were heading so we wanted to stop in. Surprisingly it was trivia night so it was very full, but we found a seat and enjoyed some great beer. Unfortunately they don’t offer flights during trivia night but the two ladies behind the bar were very nice and offered “samples” when I couldn’t decide on a half pour. Their pickle beer was very good and unique, the peach habanero was excellent! Nothing that we had we wouldn’t have again, we would definitely stop in next time when we are in the area!“

The wine was extremely overpriced and awful, they charge a 3.5% COVID FEE ?wth? just another reason to gouge people and it's already way overpriced, service was slow, food was just plain awful and tasted like it came from Costco freezers and heated up, way too overpriced, furniture looks like it all came from good will (ripped pillows, stained seats, just garbage), a very loud wedding party had to come through the Tasting Room which is billed as a restaurant but is nothing more than a BAR, to use the bathroom, get to their venue, and spilled out into the area after it was over causing way too much chaos. It was all way too loud and out of control and the staff just stands around talking to each other and the security, if you seriously believe they are, instead of waiting on the customers. What a disastrous and disappointing experience. There are loads of other really nice wineries around and won't waste my time going back to this one.“

“Goji in Ocean City isn’t the sort of place you stumble into looking for irony. It’s not the faded neon fried-dough joint, not the screaming boardwalk pizza stand. It’s something rarer—a quiet act of rebellion.

The açai bowls here aren’t health food in the sanctimonious sense. They’re a revelation. Cold, velvety purple fruit that doesn’t taste like compromise, piled high with bananas, berries, coconut, a drizzle of honey that feels almost illicit. It’s indulgence disguised as virtue, or maybe the other way around. A bowl you dig into with a plastic spoon, and suddenly you’re wide awake, sunburned, grinning, alive.

And the coffee—Christ, the coffee. In a town where “iced coffee” usually means burned diner drip poured over a plastic cup of cubes, Goji takes it seriously. Strong, dark, bitter in the right way, the kind of cup that cuts through the salt air and the sugar fog of the boardwalk. It’s coffee that respects you, that wakes you up without apology.

Together, the bowls and the coffee feel almost subversive in Ocean City. A one-two punch of clarity and pleasure in a place addicted to corn syrup and fryer oil. “I went on a weekend trip to the shore and needed to go to Walmart to grab a few things. I decided to get some sushi from the nearest location and was met with one of the best experiences I’ve had at a sushi restaurant.

The service itself was quick, taking only 5~ minutes to complete my entire order. The food was fresh, generously portioned, and it only cost us $20 for two rolls, an appetizer, salad and soup. The meal ended up being so good that I drove 25 minutes that same day to taste it again. All the employees had a big smile on their faces when we walked back in, and I left with a 10% coupon if we decided to go again.

Fantastic sushi, rapid service, hard to beat prices, and a bunch of welcoming smiles. Next time I visit Jersey, this will be my first stop.“

My wife and I recently returned to the Chelsea after 2 years for an overnight stay in celebration of her birthday. The staff here are so unbelievably sweet ! The day prior to our arrival I called to order champagne for our room. Not only did Lola accommodate my last minute request but she also provided balloons , a card and candy! We had the pleasure of staying in room 211 again which is has such elegance and charm. The breakfast was as tasty as I remembered including bacon, mini quiche, eggs, waffles and more. We also stopped by the bar attached to the inn for drinks and food prior to our event. The bar has healthy pours and reasonable prices.

Do yourself a favor and stay at the Chelsea when ever you are in AC“

The food is the best Mexican we’ve ever had and we are Mexican food snobs! Everything is so fresh, generous portions, service is very friendly. We had fajitas, veg tacos, veg chimichanga and more.
