Only thing that disappoints me about this place is I didn’t find it sooner. Lived in Bergen county 13 years and today was first time there. My wife got hot roast beef and gravy and I got a custom sandwich. They were both amazing. reminded of me when I was back in Hoboken. Bread was superb and so were the sun-dried tomatoes. I will be back again.
Went into Petrillo’s Deli in today and let me tell ya something… this place don’t mess around. I got a sandwich the size of a car battery, stacked beautiful, fresh bread, top quality meat, everything balanced perfect. One bite and I’m sittin there like Paulie Walnuts havin a religious experience.

Love this place. Was visiting from west coast. This deli was exactly what my wife and I needed that day. Missed his name but the guy that helped us was cool. Medium was so BIG! Got a plain turkey and cheese, and a chicken parm. Then a slice of Pizza. Could not finish the Sandos.
