Wild Wasabi

I've been a patron of Wild Wasabi for over a decade. To me, it is the best sushi in the area, despite the unassuming facade and dining room. The quality of the fish, seasonings, and bang for your buck are all impressive. Fresh, highest quality, and awesome technique. One of the best in Bergen county. Although you can’t go wrong with any on the menu. My favorites are California roll ( the absolute best in comparison to all the places I’ve been to) , hwe dup bap ( they slice the same fish they have at the sushi bar for sashimi a la carte. This is a Korean owned Japanese restaurant in the Westwood and currently takeout only during this pandemic period. Their sushi rolls and wasabi are excellent. I recommend this place.
