Girl was having problems getting orders right
Ordered a med and large cone got cups .she had redo and med and large cone was same size ????. She also had an attitude. You could tell she hates her job. The ice cream was not good the sprinkles were old. We won't be going back. So sad.
Door dash didn’t receive the complete order I called carvel the girl was helpful & said “ we had 2 orders going out at the same time it’s possible one item was placed in the wrong bag” the MANAGER would not make us the missing sundae & said multiple times it’s a door dash problem. It IS NOT…. the bag was stapled closed. It obviously left carvel without one of our items. I can’t believe a manager would not make us the missing sundae & was sooo not helpful.
