Having just moved into Nutley my wife and I have been on the hunt for a good pizza place. A lot of recommendations we had for some popular Nutley spots really fell flat for us. Finally we decided to try Mamma Mia’s after passing it on the way to our house a million times, and we didn’t really expect much. Happy to report the pizza here has blown us away! It’s exactly what we’ve been looking for! Perfect thin, crispy crust, delicious sauce, and the right amount of cheese. Perfection. I’d recommend this place to anyone and it blows a lot of places we’ve tried out of the water.

The new owners approach to pizza is great, it’s a thin slice now compared to the previous owner. I ordered off of slice and the pizza maker was very generous with toppings even if there was a delay. The toppings on my pies were great, the sauce was good, and the cheese was good too. Overall a good experience, would recommend for pickup. Pepperoni and garlic is a solid combo.
