The lady who owns and operates this franchise is a very nice woman. I've come here a hundred times and had great frozen yogurt. On two ocasions my son had issues. Once it fell on the floor, (his fault) and once she gave him freeer burned icecream. On BOTH occasions she sprung to replace it no charge! That made me a customer for life. This was one of the most bare bones TCBY's that I have ever been to. They were out of most of the flavors they had on the posters in the windows. They had both soft and hard frozen yogurt. It looked a little run down. There were a few tables to sit if you wanted to. For two small soft serve frozen yogurts, it was about $11. The taste was fine. I probably won't go back, but mainly because there are other better options in the area.

The prailines and cream sample tasted good but they didnt take the 4th of July verizon free small yogurt here which was disappointing so I didnt buy anything. The partnership should do a better job at advertising which stores are participating.
