This store is amazing. Whoever manages it should get a raise. So professional and friendly and orders always correct. The Eatontown store down the street on rt 36 is a disaster and should take lessons from this store. Goes to show what a difference top line management makes.
My new obsession is Chick-fil-A. I eat there once a week as a special treat. Everyone who works there and in other locations I visited are exceptionally nice. It is different than most fast food places where everyone seems disgruntled. You will find the opposite service and demeanor of all the workers at Chick-fil-A. Most importantly, the chicken sandwich is so good, I don't seem to tire from it even though I eat there so often. Thanks for your reliable consistency, Chick-fil-A....
Food is always great at any chick fil a. This one forgot my food item and instead of returning it back to my card, i had to walk allll the way back down there to get the item instead. They seemed to have team members that were barely trained mannning the front end, at the time this happened.
