When we pulled up I thought my husband picked the wrong place, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good...try the artichokes francesa, the service was great (Cristian was attentive and on the spot), and the vibe was casual old world Italian.

Food was not very good at all. We waited for over 30 minutes just for our salads 😳really !! I had veal parm and it was not very impressive at all . Just the average Joe. Mauricio’s in Tinton Falls is the place to eat. So much better and half the price.

Living back in Jersey, I’ll admit I get kind of tired of going to Italian restaurants because so many of them eventually all taste the same. Posillipo is different — it’s one of those places I’d recommend every time.

The staff is always so kind and attentive, and it really feels like they genuinely care about your experience. The steaks 10/10 I'm obsessed with their mushroom sauce! Love these guys & this place!

The interior looks nice but the food is actually trash what even is this filth they tried to call my medium rare filet mignon

Update: I have learned the steak was cooked then frozen and unfrozen to be recooked; this resulted in bacteria, additionally, the gray color came from frostbite… this is inhumane and also deplorable. I am now having a horrible allergic reaction that caused me to require prompt medical attention. They essentially poisoned me. Do NOT go here ever! I should sue for this… PS. my boyfriend also got food poisoning so it’s not just a fluke.
