The food is less than mediocre. Either they don’t know what American Chinese food is supposed to taste like who are they just cook really badly. The brown rice I ordered literally looks like white rice that they put food coloring on. It’s not brown rice. The scallion pancakes had a total of 10 cut up pieces of scallion in it, it was so greasy. The sauce for the scallion pancakes was like watered down soy sauce. The sauce for the mu shoo tested so bad and is not hoisin sauce. Some of the food smelled off. I would never suggest this place to anybody.

This is the best Chinese Food in the world. I’m so serious. I’ve never had better food in my life. I actually like the fact that it’s plastic utensils so I know I’m getting fresh utensils. Also, the Chicken Noodle Soup is so good. Definitely would say you’re missing out if you’ve been thinking not to go. It’s the best spot

The og Chinese place around town. The vibe is great feels like your in china in a good way! The food is really fresh dumplings are a must so yum, they melt in your mouth. Service may take time in the busy times but it’s definitely worth it. Awesome place, we definitely come back all the time.

This restaurant sits right in the middle of my busy hometown, and I’ve always wondered why it’s so empty. I had to find out for myself. Unfortunately, it’s not for me. I care about food quality, and this place simply didn’t deliver - chunky, fatty chicken with an artificial taste, and beef sticks that tasted rancid and unpleasant.
That said, if you’re someone who enjoys greasy Chinese comfort food, this spot might scratch that itch. The flavors are somewhat there, but the quality is not. To be fair, I don’t think they’re aiming to be “good” in the traditional sense; they’re aiming to be that local Chinese takeout spot, and with little competition around, they manage to fill that role.

Not from the area, nor am I kosher. However I adhere to kosher guidelines for work. Maybe I am used to the typical Chinese food and honestly I didn’t think it was possible to get any bad Chinese food. I was wrong. I ordered teriyaki chicken and was not nearly expecting what I received. The veggies weren’t fully cooked and the sauce was gelatinous.

We order Lowmain & the meat was horrible & we order sweet & sour chicken combo they suppose to come w/soup & egg roll the soup was very very salty & the egg roll horrible I would like to refund my money because all went to the garbage & we will not order ever again!!!!!!!!!unless u send us something to compensate my name is NIna we live at the Imperial House!!

The food is ok but the 1 employee is not really proper well for customer service at all… When I order online they the employee didn’t put 2 items on the order that was been delivered to my job site for my clients. I can’t get out of my job site to go to the restaurant to pick it up when I called the employee was kind of rude….
If you going to do a job as for customer service if you don’t have good attitude and polite ethics service don’t do this kind of job

This is an authentic Chinese restaurant with a fairly true Chinese atmosphere, run by a Chinese staff. The service is good, and dining in gives a nice, enjoyable experience. Prices are fair—not very cheap, but reasonable for what you get. Sometimes, it takes longer to get your food because the staff can be limited at times. If you're looking for real Chinese food with good service, this is a solid choice. Their kosher certification is JSOR.
