From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The security staff were particularly friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt comfortable and safe throughout our visit.
While our order did take a little longer to arrive than expected, it was truly worth the wait. Each dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The attention to detail in the preparation was evident, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. It’s clear that the chefs at Blue 42 take pride in their culinary creations.
We ended up spending a total of $78, including tips, and I felt that the quality of the food and the overall dining experience justified every penny. The combination of great service and delicious meals makes Blue 42 a restaurant I would happily recommend to others.

There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. “We've been Wayne residents for three decades and somehow missed this culinary treasure! The warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for a fantastic meal. The menu is a delightful surprise, catering to all tastes. The Potato Cheese Tots and Bacon Mac and Cheese were crowd-pleasers, while the French Onion Soup, Pork Scallopini Marsala, Filet Mignon, Filet of Sole Capricciosa, and Chicken Toscana were simply delicious. “HEY, this is from all your street neighbors around you. we all love your food and we would appreciate it if you could PLEASE lower the music decimals that are required by law after 10 pm. We understand you have a business to run but the music is WAY too loud to be playing up until 2:30 in the morning. Some nights it seems IMPOSSIBLE to sleep by how loud the music is. Not to mention Subwoofer speakers in that small space is absolutely NOT needed.Please turn it down.“
