Kind of disorganized. Usually u get your coffee from the cashier when you pay and your food from the pick up area right? WRONG. It took about 5 minutes for me to get my coffee and bagel. There was a flock of people in front of me waiting for their coffee. One poor woman was waiting 5 minutes for a small coffee with milk, which they screwed up. Nice decor and I've been in before when it's slow, but definitely avoid the morning rush.
I was just in DD on Ramapo valley Rd in oakland nj and was served by the rudest and most "unfriendly" young woman. The worst customer sevice that I have encountered at dunkin!! I'm sorry that I didn't get her name! When I spoke to the mananger about her employee she laughed and then apologized. This girl was beyond rude and should not be working in customer service.
