Long line, so be prepared. They are very organized with servers outside to take your order while you’re waiting to go inside. Once in the building, they’ll call out your name when the order is ready. They keep the line moving.

We’ve been coming to a la mode for almost 10 years now, and it always delivers! This year, my younger daughter celebrated her birthday in OC, so my wife got her a birthday cake from a la mode. A super tasting cake, and beautiful decoration. Thank you owners and staff, you really outdid yourselves!

Parking: There’s a small lot (4-5 spaces) behind the building.

Kid-friendliness: A la mode is filled with kids, so they’re always kid friendly.

Ice cream was very good. Efficient service even when lines are long. Employees will walk up to you to take your order so that your order will be ready by the time you get to the register.

3 out of 4 orders were wrong. The way the shove you out the door. No chance to complain. & way too expensive for the little amount of ice cream. Won’t ever go here again. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option.

Very good variety of ice creams of very good quality. There were many people waiting to buy ice cream but it has good organization that takes orders in line which makes it much faster. Good atmosphere.
