The hype is real! Uncle Bill's really is the best breakfast in Ocean City! Food is delicious, servers are fast and friendly (hi Ariel!), and it's an iconic spot down the Jersey Shore! We had silver dollar pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, and toast. But you can't go wrong with anything here, it's all good!
We always go to Uncle Bill's for breakfast on the day we go home from our yearly shore trip. Their food is great, and the service is great. I usually get the eggs Benedict which is great but this time I got their pancakes. All very good.

We changed our minds about six times. As we read furth er in the menu we always wanted the next thing. Wish there was such a thing as a breakfast sampler platter - one of everything on the menu. Buttermilk pancakes were light and I couldn't eat all of mine. The sausage, bacon and eggs were very good but the home fries were outstanding. The coffee is fresh and we loved the coffee mugs. Paula was patient with us while we tried to narrow down our choices. We will absolutely be back.
