“Everything was great. We got appetizers at 4pm and could not order certain meals until 4:30(weird) About 4:30 until we couldn't take it any more, we took the balance of our early dinners with us. At 4:30 we noticed the restaurant started filling with flied. First near the floor on my leg then on the back of our seats & table & all around our food. The restaurant was clean to your eye but being in the food service business, Since they were serving food outside using the back door, the flies were swarming in I would suggest bug zappers inside & outside of the exit where they are delivering food. And every so often do a deep cleaning of their furniture and floors, esp under the tables making sure to keep changing the water. Maintence rarely change mopping water from dining area, cooking area & bathroom. And Staff clean tables & booths with the same rags all evening. So like I recommend really deep clean furniture walls & floors & it will help cut down on sticky floors & flies. The food was the best I've had in OC but dealing with the flies was unreal.“

“The wife and I were down here for a getaway and found Kessel’s Korner online for breakfast. We read the reviews, and decided we would check it out for ourselves. Wow I am glad we decided to go, it was absolutely delicious we will go back again. Everything was fantastic!“

“All said and done I think this is the best deal on the boardwalk. Their price and food speaks for itself. You order up front and sit down and pick up your food when it comes out. They cut out the wait staff and it’s pretty efficient and also keeps the price down in the end. There’s been a lot of people saying this pizza was the best deal on the boardwalk for the summer of 2026. I finally gave it another chance after trying it many years ago. This place definitely is satisfactory. The only improvement I can suggest is when you serve Pepsi products, Birch beer has to be an option. It’s at just about every other Pepsi serving restaurant on the boardwalk. Birch beer by Pepsi is delicious and quite popular everywhere else and seeing they served Pepsi products and finding out they don’t serve birch beer like every other restaurant that serves Pepsi, was disappointing. But far from enough to keep me from giving less than a 5 star review. The place is pretty darn good in such times and they have definitely improved a lot since my first time there.“

“The wife and I were out and about and decided to try the Waterside location in Lakewood Ranch Fl. I have to say im a bit of a critic because we have family in Maine and have tasted all ends of the spectrum of lobster rolls from amazing to terrible and this place makes a great Lobster rolls with a spot on price comparable to Maine and other restaurants in the area. The staff member we dealt with was super nice I wish I would have got his name, but I do know he was from Jersey and had great knowledge knew the product well. We had 2 Connecticut rolls and they were great. I would say this place is worth checking out. Theres only outdoor seating, but you can easily walk around waterside and find a spot to kick back and enjoy or walk out enjoy their outdoor seating and it will complement their lobster rolls very well. They also have nice little selection of beers/beverages and a whole N/A fridge too.“

“Truly amazing Mexican food — both authentic and American style available, which is great because it makes everyone happy. The last 3 days I’ve been down here working, I’ve come to Rojo’s twice. I plan to come again Tuesday when I’m back down here working! I’m usually incredibly loyal to my Mexican place in Hammonton, but Rojo’s has me rethinking everything. The owner is super cool, too. I had the chance to talk with him during both trips and it’s really not surprising that Joe has had this place all of these years. I have my to-go bag right beside me, about to tear in, but I HAD to make sure I left them a review first.“

“I brought my 3 generational family (party of 8) for our nice family meal, along with my service dog. We had a fantastic experience! First, we got there around 4:45, and unknowingly found out that you get a free side salad and drink if seated before 5pm. This cut about $25 off the bill, which was a blessing! The food was good and the atmosphere fantastic. At the end, we chatted with the owner, Mr Giuseppe, and even got to take a family pic of 8 with him outside the restaurant. Thank you so much for such a great family meal!“
