Trying to get pizza since 510. They say the kitchen closes at 530. Walked in the restaurant at 5:27 after spending 20 minutes almost trying to get online ordering to load. Still wouldn’t let me order pizza. Wouldn’t recommend solely on how difficult they make ordering. Food is usually good so it’s a shame. Will go elsewhere from now.
We have gone to Bennies (both locations) for many years and it was always great but the last few years it sadly has gone downhill. They no longer get any orders correct. It’s awful. Today again another incorrect breakfast order and I had to tell them how to make the sandwich on their own menu! I was told 10 minutes for a redo and it was 30 minutes. While I waited other angry customers came in with the same complaints. No real apologies, no refund and no manager addressing...read full review
